Refund policy

At CR8IVE STUDIO, we strive to provide high-quality services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary.

This refund policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be granted for phases of the project that have not yet started. If a phase has already begun, no refund will be issued for that phase.

If a customer has paid for a phase that has not started and wishes to cancel, a refund will be issued minus a 5% cancellation fee and any payment processing fees incurred.

Processing Refunds

All refund requests must be submitted in writing. We will review the request and issue a refund, if eligible, within 5 working days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Legal Compliance

This refund policy complies with the laws and regulations of the state of California.

We reserve the right to update this policy as necessary to remain in compliance with any changes in applicable laws.
